Mr. Driller

Mr. Driller is a Japanese media franchise developed by Namco, spawning a series of games, toys, and merchandise starting with the original Mr. Driller game and the series has since received numerous sequels, expanding the roster of characters, and adding new twists to the gameplay. The series has relation to the Dig Dug series, and has received an spinoff title known as Star Trigon.

Series History

Mr. Driller

Mr. Driller was the first game in the series. It only had the game's mascot, Susumu Hori, an endless mode spawning three difficulties, and a main mode with two difficulties.

Mr. Driller 2

This was the second game to the series, adding one new character, Anna Hottenmeyer, and introduced the infamous 2000m mode.
