Bandai Namco Entertainment (株式会社バンダイナムコゲームスエンターテインメント) (BNEI), previously known as Namco Bandai Games, is a Japanese video game developer and publisher based in the Shinagawa District of Tokyo, Japan. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bandai Namco Holdings, and is the main video game development area of the company. The company was founded from the merger of Namco and Bandai in September 2005. The company is best known for their video game franchises, including Pac-Man, Galaga, Ace Combat, Tekken, Ridge Racer, Tales and Soulcalibur.

Bandai Namco Entertainment currently holds the rights to the Mr. Driller series, and has developed six games in the series under the Namco Bandai Games name, and one under the current name, Bandai Namco Entertainment.
